Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Sales Tax And Shipping Are Included In All Prices Shown On Website.

All orders are shipped in discrete packaging.

Please allow 24 to 48 hours to process your order. Expect an email within 24 hrs to let you know your order is on the way.

STORE PICKUP - 

We do not have a brick and mortar store. Store pickup is not possible.

LOCAL DELIVERY

Not Available

Orders placed before 5:00pm during store hours 9:00am-5:00pm will be delivered the same day. Orders placed outside of these hours will be delivered the next day we are open.

When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING 

Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours using Fed Ex  delivery standard is 2 - 7 business days.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We do not offer international shipping.

If you’re using calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. XTC SOURCE LLC, is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

REFUNDS,, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at mark@xtcsource.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
